I recently found the site, MVA (Microsoft Virtual Academy), hosted by Microsoft. You are able to test and to study Microsoft Products for your future certifications.
The site provides step by step training tasks to follow and assigns you the points for your training achievements.
The below image shows that I am working on Windows Server 2012 Server Virtualization Course and its module to study as a direction, and I could earn points after completing each tasks in the module. I will keep tracking the courses to overview and complete the new Windows Server 2012 modules and preparing the my next certifications.
