Today, I am ready to start to work with Microsoft Windows Serve 2012 Virtual Labs to keep working one of Microsoft Virtual Academy Windows Server 2012 Tracks.
Windows Server 2012: Server Virtualization
I already completed Virtual Machine Scale and Mobility Module and its assessments test. The 2nd module for Virtual Machine availability with Hyper-V Replica needs to deploy actual Window Server 2012 and overview step by step so that I would like to use Virtual Labs instead of installing Evaluation Version on my VMware environment at my home lab.
Therefore, I went to the Windows Server 2012 Virtual Labs site to work with.
I choose Getting Started with
Windows Server 2012 Hyper-V Replication to launch the labs
, but I got the following error.
It is error about missing .Net Framework 3.5.1 version on my Operating System.
Since I just reactivated my Windows Server 2008 R2 and it hasn’t been used before, I need to install to resolve the issue.
1) Open Server Manager
2) Add features
3) Select .Net Framework 3.5.1 Features
4) Add Required Role Services (Web Server -IIS)
5) Select IIS 6 Management Compatibility Options for fix any further compatibility issues.
6) Complete
7) I retry to launch the Hyper-V again and it went throughout this time.
8) Click OK
9) Finally, it launches HolLaunchPad Online Windows Server 2010 Virtual Lab Environment.
