Troubleshooting ESXi Configuration Issues
The number of vSphere HA Heartbeat datastores for this host is 1, which is less than required: 2
System logs on host (ESXi Host name) are stored on non-persistent storage

Resolution 1>
Because I have only one shared storage on my lab, it will keep alerting on both ESXi Hosts

Right-click the cluster and click Edit Settings

Click vSphere HA > Advance Options

Input das.ignoreInsufficientHbDatastore on option and value to true

The alert will be gone
Error 2>
System logs on host esxi1.vmlab.local are stored on non-persistent storage.

Go to Configuration Tab> Software>Advanced Settings

Syslog> Syslog.global.logDir> set from [] /scratch/log to [LocalDataStore1] .locker/log

Insufficient resources to satisfy vSphere HA Failover level on cluster (Cluster name) in (Datacenter name)
When one of the hosts in the same cluster enters into the maintenance mode, the vMotion is not starting with the above error

Right-click the cluster and click Edit Settings

Click vSphere HA > Admission Control Section> Check Disable: Allow VM power on operations that violate availability constraints
The vMotion will start to work
